We are always looking for dedicated individuals to join our board and help us make a positive impact on our community. We believe that every voice matters and our board members are the driving force behind our success. As a board member, you will help shape our vision and strategies. You will also be involved in decision making and governance of the organization. We look forward to having you join our team and making a difference in the lives of foster and kinship children.

Time Commitment

Monthly Board Meetings:

1-1.5 hours each month

Day and time decided by group availability

Committee Meetings:

The committee's meeting frequency and time will vary based on the stage and type of committee, but committee leaders are required to meet with their team at least once a month.

​

Committee Activities:

The time commitment will also vary by committee type. However, each committee will need an available leader to facilitate communication and problem solve so it's safe to say each committee will require at least 5 hours of dedicated time from their leader per month.

Timeline for Application Process

~1 month to Recruitment

  • Attend an Info Meeting or Contact Us Directly (opt.)

  • Submit Application (coming soon) 

  • Schedule and Attend Initial Interview

  • Attend Next Upcoming Board Meeting for Round Table and Board Vote

  • 3 Month Trial Period for Each New Member

  • Yearly Term Begins after 3 Month Trial Period
